Late in 2103 the government chose to refund a green levy that all energy companies – including Spark – had paid. We're delighted to be passing the saving along to you by giving you this £12 Government Electricity Rebate.
Who will get the £12 rebate?
Anyone who was an electricity customer with us on Sunday 11 October 2015.
How will you get your £12 rebate?
If you pay by Direct Debit or on receipt of a monthly bill, you won't need to take any action to receive the rebate. You'll have the £12 credit automatically applied to your account and it'll show on your next quarterly statement or monthly bill.
However, if you're a Pay As You Go customer with a prepayment meter, you'll need to actively redeem the rebate. We'll email or write to you with a voucher which you should take to your local PayPoint outlet before 28 February 2016. Just remember to take your top up key or card with you too, along with a valid form of ID.
