The easiest way to pay
Most of our customers choose to pay this way. Other than providing regular meter readings you won't need to lift a finger, and you'll keep saving month after month. Here's quick video to explain how we set your Direct Debits and what you can expect from us to help keep your account in good shape.
With Direct Debit, you don't need to go to the trouble of paying the bill each month – you’re always on top of things. And because it's always our cheapest way to pay, you could save money too!

Set you off on the right foot
We’ll set your monthly payment based on the best information we have for the consumption in your home, and we’ll run a Health Check on your account in the first three months to make sure you’re paying the right amount.
Keep you on track
We’ll look at your account four times a year to make sure your payments are on track. We’ll run two Health Checks, to make sure things are in order and offer you advice on your payment if you need it. We’ll also carry out two Payment Reviews, where we’ll update your payment if it needs it, to make sure it matches your usage.
Keep you in the picture
We’ll provide you with an account statement every three months, so you can keep track of how much energy you’ve been using and how much you’ve been spending. We’ll let you know if you could be on a cheaper tariff and give you all the information you’d need to switch. Check out our guide to understanding your statement here.
Make your payments predictable
Between your Health Checks and Payment Reviews you’ll pay the same predictable monthly payment, so you’ll always know what to expect each month. If something needs to change then we’ll always give you at least 10 days notice. Over time, your payment should level out and you should always pay the same amount throughout the year.
