Spark team wins Customer Service Training Team of the Year 2016

The Spark Energy Training Team picked up the award for Customer Service Training Team of the Year 2016 at yesterday’s Customer Service Training Awards. The awards, now in their ninth year, celebrate excellence in training across the customer service industry.
The team saw off the competition from established names in private healthcare and global business services to claim one of the most important accolades of the year for customer service professionals from across the UK.
Speaking after collecting the award, Spark Training Manager Katherine Crowe said: “We’re over the moon to have picked up this award. It just goes to show that our dedication to offering our customers a five star service is really paying off. Each one of the team is absolutely committed to promoting excellence amongst their colleagues and we’ve been able to produce some strong results – I’m just so please that we were able to show the judges how passionate we are and that they saw fit to reward us with this prize.
