Spark, the only multi-utility supplier built around the UK lettings industry, has announced renewed partnerships with two of the UK’s biggest estate agents.
The multi-utility company has extended its relationships with both Connells Group and Countrywide for another three years, enabling both agents’, landlords and tenants to continue benefiting from a range of services including Spark’s award-winning customer service and competitive energy tariffs as well as Home Telecom’s broadband and Sky TV packages.
Commenting on the partnership extensions, Spark’s Commercial Director Ian Crowther, said: “I’m delighted to continue our successful working relationships with two of the biggest names in the property industry across our range of services.
“We specialise in the lettings sector so our partners benefit from our dedicated relationship management team and a reduction in costs during void periods. Our customers also enjoy products, services and communications which are designed around their specific tenure and aim to make home moving simpler.
“With the recent addition of Home Telecom we are now able to offer our partners broadband and entertainment packages. We’ve also launched an energy efficiency partnership demonstrating a commitment to add increasing value for our partners over the long term.”
Connells Group is one of the UK’s largest estate agency and property services providers in the UK.
Stephen Nation, Connells Group Lettings Managing Director, said: “We work with Spark Energy delivering an enhanced quality of service to tenants, simplifying the utilities process. We look forward to continuing this relationship for the next three years.”
Countrywide is the UK's largest property services group, serving customers in over 1,200 locations across more than 50 brands.
Phil Tennant, Operations Director, said: “I’m really pleased that we’ve extended our relationship with Spark. Spark’s knowledge and understanding of the lettings industry was a key factor in our decision and its aim to provide excellent customer service will benefit our landlords and tenants.”
