Our new Customer Charter

We’re working towards meeting and exceeding Ofgem’s new Standards of Conduct. We think having a straight talking customer charter is a good thing, and is something that our customers deserve. We’re focused on providing an experience our customers value and our customer charter will demonstrate our commitment to that and let customers know exactly what improvements they can expect over the next 12 months.
