An Apology ... Letter sent in Error

Over the last couple of days, a few of our customers have received a letter saying that a visit is being made to their home as their account had not been paid. If you have received this letter, or if you receive this letter in the next couple of days please completely disregard it.
This letter was sent incorrectly due to a processing error and we are really sorry if this has caused any upset or worried you in anyway. Please be assured that the issue has now been rectified and action has been taken to prevent any such errors occurring in the future.
The correct letter that was originally intended will be issued in the next few working days.
