Moving home can be an exciting, stressful and expensive time, so why not take it easy by letting us transfer your energy accounts to your new address. We’ve put together a range of benefits to help make your move as easy as possible:
- Transfer your existing balance and spread the cost over the next 6 months (interest free) at your new property
- We know it’s an expensive time, so why not take a payment holiday? when you move*
- We’ll also put £50 in your account as a thanks for staying with us**
If you’re just about to move we’ll need to know:
- Your move out date
- Meter readings on the day of your move at your current house
- Your move in date and the address you’re moving to
- Meter readings when you move into your new house

Already moved? Don’t worry…you can still take us with you. If you’d like us to supply your new property give us a call and we'll take care of everything for you.

* You don’t need to pay anything in your first month at your new property. Any previous costs incurred will be spread over your payments for the next six months.
**If we don’t already supply your new property, let us know your address. As soon as we begin supplying you, we’ll credit your
energy account with £50.00.
