How to submit your meter readings
Each month, we will contact you 5 days before your bill is generated to remind you to submit a meter reading. You can do this via the my account section of our website.
Should you forget to add a reading before your new bill arrives, don't worry you can add a new reading up to 14 days after your bill has been generated.
