How to use your Smart Meter
You may be one of the lucky ones to find your property has already had a Smart Meter installed, which means you're already benefiting from SmartPay (our version of Pay As You Go).
To top up your Smart Meter, simply call us on 0845 034 7474 Monday - Friday from 8am till 8pm. If you're calling out of hours, don't worry you can still top up by calling 0845 894 3342.
You're more than welcome to pay by Direct Debit though - all you need to do is set your account up online and complete the form, or call us and we'll be happy to talk you through it.
