How to use your Smart Meter
If your home already has a Smart Meter...
You may find that your property has already had a Smart Meter installed, which means you're already benefiting from SmartPay (our version of Pay As You Go).
To top up your Smart Meter, simply call us on 0845 034 7474. We're available between 8am-8pm weekdays and 9am-2pm on Saturdays. If you're calling out of hours, don't worry you can still top up by calling 0845 894 3342.
You're more than welcome to pay by Direct Debit though - all you need to do is set your account up online and complete the form, or call us and we'll be happy to talk you through it.
