From students to senior citizens you’ll be able to speak to someone who understands you.

We also go the extra mile by paying our customer service team substantially more than the competition. We believe that by taking excellent care of our team, they will take excellent care of you.

Being a new company, we are in a position to use leading edge technology. This technology has aided us in substantially reducing the paperwork, internal phone calls and meetings that would typically raise costs all around. This should really be compulsory for any energy company. The big 6 produce a minimum of their electricity by way of renewable resources, primarily because they simply can’t source enough of it, cheaply enough, to service their huge customer base. Not so at Spark Energy.

Over the next three years, we will be busy obtaining secure fuel sources and building generators in order to provide you with 100% renewable energy sources by 2009. As with most things, this takes a bit of time and money to manifest. We’ve given ourselves this deadline in order that we can, in the mean time, continue to provide premium energy resources and top shelf service to our customers.
