We've recently added an online payment service to help make paying your bill even more convenient. Your payment can be made using most types of credit or debit cards. Click on the image below to be taken straight to our payment pages. Making A Payment

We're always working on making it easier for our customers to pay their bills. There are a number of different ways in which you can do this which we've detailed below. Of course, if you're ever having problems paying your bills or have any questions our Billing Team is there to help and are always understanding of individual circumstances, they can be reached on 0844 543 9285.

Profiled Direct Debit

We introduced Profiled Direct Debit in 2009 to ensure customers that are paying via Direct Debit are always paying for what they use rather than a flat amount per month. This means you're never in a large debt or credit position which is particularly useful for tenants.

Pay as You Go

We're delighted to be able to introduce Pay As You Go for all of our customers starting Spring 2010. You'll be able to pay online, by phone or in person at a variety of retail outlets. More importantly unlike mobile phone Pay As You Go any customer currently on our cash and cheque tariff will see the cost of their energy reduced significantly as well as ensuring you never build up a large debt. In most cases you'll be provided with a smart meter as well which means you'll not only save with a cheaper tariff but you'll no longer have to provide meter readings and you'll be able to reduce your bills by monitoring your usage.

On Receipt of a Bill

Online

If you'd prefer to pay via internet banking all you need do is transfer the amount noted on your latest bill to the following bank account and will it will be credited against your account the same day. Please ensure you note your account number in the reference field so we can credit the correct account.

Cash and Cheque

For existing customers you'll be able to pay by cash and cheque up until Spring 2010 thereafter all existing cash and cheque customers will start to be moved to our new Pay As You Go option. Until then all you need do is send a cheque in the amount noted on your bill to the address listed below or go into your bank or post office and make a payment by cash. You'll need to note your account number on the cheque and bring it with you for cash payments.
