Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This Prize Draw runs from 25th June 2008 to 1st July 2008.

2. To be entered into the Prize Draw, each participant will be required to submit one meter reading for each fuel type supplied by Spark Energy, (“Reading”). The Reading must be received by Spark Energy on or before 1st July 2008. The Reading can be submitted online at https://www.sparkenergy.co.uk/meterreading.php or using the meter reading card provided.

3. By participating in this Prize Draw and by completing any required documents or information e.g. personal details, Questionnaire, or other information, participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

4. Data from the Readings will be screened by Spark Energy to ensure that participants have submitted the Readings properly and accurately and have not responded randomly to the information requested. Only participants who have submitted Readings in accordance with the instructions will be eligible for the Prize Draw.

5. Spark Energy reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative one of equal or greater value.

6. No purchase is necessary.

7. Proof of sending an entry via email or any other permitted means of entry is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are damaged, lost or not received. Entries must be received by 23.59 hrs GMT on the closing date.

8. One prize winner will be randomly selected within 7 days of the end of the Prize Draw and will be notified by email within 28 days thereafter. The winner’s surname and place of residence will be published at https://www.sparkenergy.co.uk/news.htm within 28 days thereafter.

9. Spark Energy’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
